I like taking rte 143 in Willimsburg all the way to rte 8, between Becket and Dalton. Great road with great views!!

your use of the words "all the way..." reminds me that I need to get a more comfortable seat for my bike if I plan to keep up with you guys!

You'll do fine as I take breaks for picture taking, potty runs and fuel stops. I don't like riding for hours and hours until I can't see strainght.

sweet, that is more my speed... how can you drive through the Berkshires without enjoying the best scenery on earth? I hope you don't mind riding with a Ducati!

Heck, one of my best buddy riders had a Duck! I don't care what brand anyone rides as long as it is safe and they ride in a safe manner. Arive alive

Amen to that! I plan to stop about once an hour. Too long on the cruiser makes for an uncomfortable backside. Riding's not much fun if you're not comfortable.

Crash, maybe you should trade that "Duck" in on a Goldwing or something!!!

I've spent a fair amount of time on 8 but not 143. I'll have to give that a try this summer. We live in Southwick so we'll scoot up 57 to 8 in Sandisfield and then ride 8 one way or the other. Great stretch of road.
