Is it to get a cheeseburger 75 miles away? An ice cream cone 50 miles away? A swimming hole or the beach? Just ride to see the wonders of nature? Or do you ride just to ride with no reason other to let the wind blow across your face???

personally, I go on a lot of ice cream rides here in the Connecticut River area of western Mass- Hadley, Whately, Turners Falls, etc... it gives us a great excuse to get on a bike on a hot day (as if we really needed an excuse!)
