I look forward to participating in this forum, especially since it's local—at least for me. I live in Springfield, Massachusets. My current motorcycle—and one I hope to ride for many years to come—is an 06 Victory Touring Cruiser. It's neither the biggest nor fastest cruiser on the pavement, but I certainly enjoy riding this bike. As you can tell by the Troutbum007 moniker, I love flyfishing for trout. More importantly, I love Christ and—for the record—I'm an elder in a conservative Presbyterian church. Presbyterianism has a rich history of appreciation for both pipe smoking and good alcohol. Thus within the biblical boundaries of moderation and sobriety I enjoy puffing on a pipe and drinking a cold beer on a hot summer day, so there's no need to worry that the forum has been infiltrated by a self righteous religious wacko. The Cool Bike Rides site is excellent and, in my opinion, a reall asset to the regional biker community.

| Don: I work in Chicopee, at Covidien (used to be Ludlow Technical Products). I could ride on a Monday, Thursday or Friday afternoon when I leave work at 4:00pm. This Saturday I get out at 2:30 and could ride then, also. |

Welcome to the forum and to the Cool Bike Rides community! Some folks think it's a club. It's not really, it's just a place for riders to come together! We share our experiences, pictures, and sometimes we hook up and ride!

Welcome!
I'm a new rider on a V-Star 650. Just took the course this spring. I live in Northampton and 5 day/week drive is to Turners Falls --great way to commute! |
